摘要
某在建小区施工现场场地狭小,施工阶段拟在地下室顶板设置临时施工道路以满足主体施工所需的混凝土浇筑及材料运输要求。为保证工程结构安全,对临时道路区域顶板跨中挠度、裂缝宽度进行了验算分析并采取了相应加固措施,同时对加固架体立杆的受压稳定性进行了验算,均满足结构安全要求。施工时取材方便,加固方法简单,经过工程实践证明,达到结构安全可靠效果,可供类似工程参考。
Because the construction site is too narrow, the constructor intends to set up temporary construction road in the basement roof to meet the requirements of concrete pouring and material transport during construction stage. In order to ensure the safety of engineering structures, the constructor checked the deflection span and crack width of the roof in the temporary road area by calculation analysis and took the corresponding reinforcement measures. At the same time, the pressure stability of the upright rod in the reinforced frame body is verified that meets the structural safety requirements. The convenience for transporting building material under construction and the simple reinforcement method can achieve the safe-and reliable effect for structure which is proved by the engineering practice. So it can be a reference for the similar engineering.
