北京市回民医院维持性血液透析患者矿物质和骨代谢指标达标现状分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的:调查我院维持性血液透析(MHD)患者矿物质和骨代谢水平,并探讨控制方法。方法:横断面调查研究我院血透中心61例MHD患者矿物质和骨代谢情况,以全段甲状旁腺激素(PTH)水平分组比较,分析高PTH的危险因素,并对高磷与各指标之间行相关性分析。结果 :61例MHD患者血磷达标率40.98%;校正血钙达标率59.02%;钙磷乘积达标率62.9%;血PTH达标率21.31%。PTH水平分组分析显示高磷、长透析龄与高PTH水平相关,2组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Logistic回归分析透析龄、血磷与PTH水平呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论 :我院MHD患者矿物质和骨代谢水平达标率低。长透析龄、高血磷在继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进的发生过程中起促进作用。
