新余市农业产业化龙头企业的现状分析和发展路径探索

分散化、个体化的传统农业生产很难适应社会化大生产下的市场竞争,必须以发展龙头企业为抓手,带动农户发展专业化、标准化、规模化、集约化生产。近年来新余市龙头企业的数量逐年增加,规模逐渐扩大,带动作用逐步增强,加工能力明显提升,投资来源多元化,但是仍存在数量相对较少,普遍规模小,竞争力不强,利益连接机制不完善,集聚发展要素的能力较弱等问题。为此,要抓好优势产业和基地建设,打造农业产业化链条;提高经营管理水平,提高企业核心竞争力;加大扶持力度,优化企业发展环境。

The diversified and individualized traditional agriculture production finds difficulty in adapting the market competitiveness un- der the socialized big production. We must develop the leading enterprises to dive the specialized, normalized, centralized big- scale production. In recent years the leading enterprises gradually increase year by year, whose scale gradually expands. Their driving func- tion gradually increases and their processing capability markedly improves. The source of investment is diversified, but there are some problems. For example, the number of such enterprises is relatively small. The scale of the enterprise is generally small. The competi- tiveness is not strong. The interest linking mechanism is not perfect and the ability to integrate the development factors is poor. There- fore, we should grasp the advantageous industry and the base building and build the agricultural industrialized chain, improve the man- agement level and enterprise core competitiveness, strengthen the support and optimize the enterprise development environment.
