新升本院校教师心理压力解析及应对策略

Analysis and countermeasures of teachers' psychological pressure in the newly-rising colleges

目前新升本院校已经成为我国高等教育重要力量。新升本院校的特点决定身处其中的教师承受特殊的心理压力,过高的压力对教师的身心健康会产生不良影响。文章以心理压力及压力源的概念及种类为基础,分析了新升本院校教师的压力源,并在此基础上提出了教师、学校、社会在缓解教师心理压力中应采取的对策。

At present newly - rising colleges and universities have become an important force of higher education in China. The charac- teristics of the newly - rising colleges and universities have brought about special psychological pressure to teachers. The too high pres- sure produces bad influence on the physical and mental health of teachers. Based on psychological stress and the concept and type of pressure source, this paper analyzes the pressure source of teachers in the newly - rising colleges and universities and based on this, ad- vanees countermeasures which the teachers, schools and society should take to relieve teachers＂ psychological pressure.
