摘要
探索创新二级学院教学管理模式,已成为新建本科高校提升办学水平、提高人才培养质量的重要途径。构建创新二级学院教学管理模式应遵循"以人为本"的宗旨,简政放权,着重增强学院教学管理自主权,增强管理制度的弹性,建立科学有效的监控体系与评价激励机制,调动教学双方的积极性,逐步形成学校统筹协调、学院管理为主、师生自主发展、类型多样的二级学院教学管理模式,形成"多元、融合、动态、持续"的协同创新机制。
Exploration into the teaching management model of the secondary college becomes an important approach for improving schooling level and improving talent training quality in the newly - rising undergraduate institutions of higher education. To establish- ment the teaching management model of the secondary college, we should follow the principle of "people first" , streamline administra- Q tion and delegate power, strengthen the autonomy and flexible management system of the secondary college, establish the effective su- pervision system and evaluation incentive mechanism, mobilize the initiatives of beth sides of teaching and gradually form the various teaching management models of the secondary college which is coordinated by the school and the secondary college plays main role in management and teachers and students develop independently so that the multiple, integrated, dynamic and sustained collaborative inno- vation mechanism is established.
