基于木桶理论与反木桶理论的高校班级学风建设探微

A probe into the college class study style building based on the cask theory and anti-cask theory

班级学风建设事关班级的整体建设、学校的长远发展和学生人格的健全与素质的提升。基于木桶理论与反木桶理论及其同班级学风建设的关系,结合当前大学生学风建设中存在的主要问题,分别从短木板、长木板、桶底、桶箍、木板间的间隙五个维度,探索加强高校良好班级学风建设的路径。

The class study style building concerns the whole building of the class, the long - term development of school and students＇personality perfection and quality improvement. Based on the relation between the cask theory and anti - cask theory as well as the class study style, this paper combines the major problems of study style and explores the approach to strengthen the college class study style building from the five dimensions of short cask, long cask, cask base, barrel hoop and the gap between plates.
