摘要
以Fe基金属玻璃软磁粉末为原料,通过常规的钕铁硼粘结磁体注塑工艺,制备了尼龙基的软磁注塑磁体,注塑磁体中尼龙质量分数为15%。对材料的表面形貌、力学性能和磁性能进行了表征。实验结果显示,传统尼龙注塑粘结磁体工艺可以用于制备金属玻璃注塑软磁体,其力学和机械性能与传统钕铁硼注塑磁体相当,并且具有金属玻璃的优良软磁性。
Fe-based metallic glass powder was utilized to prepare injection molded paramagnets with 15wt%Nylon resins via conventional injection method. The surface morphology, mechanical and magnetic properties of the material were characterized. The result shows that injection modeled paramagnets can be prepared using conventional injection molding for bonded magnet, with comparable mechanic and surface morphological feature to the normal injection molded NdFeB magnet, implying that the method is practical, and the product exhibits excellentsoft magnetic performance.
