小鹅瘟卵黄抗体效价与攻毒保护相关性试验

Correlation Analysis Between Antibody Titer to Gosling Plague and Virus Attack Protection

将实验室试制的3批小鹅瘟卵黄抗体,琼扩效价为1:16,分别稀释成琼扩效价为1:4、1:8,分别按每只0.5 m L接种3日龄易感雏鹅,24 h后,试验组与对照组攻击小鹅瘟病毒。结果显示:雏鹅注射相同剂量不同琼扩效价的卵黄抗体,随着卵黄抗体琼扩效价的升高,对雏鹅的保护率也随之升高。

3 batches of Gosling Plague Antibodies were produced in laboratory with the titer of AGAR diffusion test 1：16. The Gosling Plague Antibodies were dilutedrespectivelyto 1：4and 1：8. The experiment groups were injected with 0.5 mL Gosling Plague Antibodies for goslings of 3 days of age. After 24 hours, both of the experimental groups and the control group were attacked with Goose Parvovirus. The results showed that As the titer of Gosling Plague Antibodies increased, the virus attack protection rate of goslings also increased. The correlation was positive.
