摘要
本文基于微波传输线理论,分析了一种微波四端口任意端口阻抗分支线定向耦合器,给出了设计该定向耦合器初始设计一般公式,阐述了基本工作原理和设计流程。设计了功分比为K=2dB,工作于1.25GHz,端口阻抗50Ω的分支线定向耦合器。仿真回波损耗S11<-15dB,隔离度S41<-17dB,传输参数S21、S31符合功分比,仿真结果验证了理论的正确性。
A four-port to any port impedance microwave branch line directional coupler have been analyzed based on the microwave transmission line theory. A general formula of the initial design,the working principle and the design process are given. Finally, for verifying the reasonableness of the theory, a unequal power division 2 dB and operating frequency 1.25 GHz microstrip branch- line coupler with four standard ports is designed. The simulation results show the reflection loss 〈-15 dB,the isolation 〈-17 dB and the transmission coefficient satisfies power division. Good agreement between the theory and simulation results can be observed.
