摘要
G34L商用微波炉负载微波泄漏最大为3.43mW/cm2,不满足UL标准(<1mW/cm2),需要改善。本文结合微波炉门齿扼流理论,利用电磁场仿真软件HFSS,对炉门处微波泄漏进行原因分析并优化设计得出了门齿尺寸:增加4.6mm折弯。通过手板测试验证,负载微波泄漏最大为0.20mW/cm2,微波泄漏量降低为改善前的13.7%。
The microwave leakage power density with load of G34L is 3.43 mW/cm^2 . The value is out of the UL standard (〈1 mW/cm^2). This paper is based on the choke theory of microwave oven incisor. The reason of microwave leakage near the door was analyzed by HFSS. Also optimization design by electromagnetic simulation get the incisor size. adding 4. 6 mm bend. Finally it was verified by door prototype testing. The leakage maximum is 0. 20 mW/cm^2 after modified, which is reduced to 13.7% compared to the original value.
