干旱区特大城市可持续发展综合评价研究——以乌鲁木齐市为例

Research on Comprehensive Evaluation of Large City in Arid Area Sustainable Development: Taking Urumqi City as an Example

城市可持续发展受社会、经济和环境多重因素的共同影响,新疆地处干旱区,拥有独特的气候环境和地域环境,对新疆城市可持续发展研究将对西部干旱区的城市可持续发展起到重要参考作用。笔者以乌鲁木齐市各县区为研究区,整理搜集2011年社会经济环境指标,建立可持续发展影响因素指标体系,运用定量与定性相结合分析方法,对乌鲁木齐市区县可持续发展进行分析和综合评价,并针对区县提出城市可持续发展的对策建议。

City sustainable development is influenced by society, economy and environment of multiple factors, Xinjiang is located in arid region has a unique climate and geographical environment, the study on the sustainable development of Xinjiang city will be the sustainable development of city of west arid zone plays an important reference role. In this paper, in various counties of Urumqi city as the study area, collect environmental indicators in 2011 economic society, the establishment of index system of factors influencing the sustainable development, using a combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis methods, analysis and comprehensive evaluation on the sustainable development of Urumqi City, county, and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures of sustainable development of the city in the district.
