摘要
"农二代"大学生返乡创业不仅能促进社会主义新农村的建设,更能实现人才的合理利用。笔者运用SWOT分析方法对"农二代"大学生返乡创业的优势、劣势、机会、威胁进行系统分析,提出"农二代"大学生返乡创业的对策建议。
Farmers in the second generation undergraduates choose to return home to start a business can not only accelerate the construetion of the new social countryside, but can promote the reasonable and full use of talent resources. Based on this phenomenon, this paper uses SWOT analysis to analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threat systematically and puts forward some suggestions for the undergraduates.
