大菱鲆造血器官肿大病的病原分离、鉴定及药物敏感性 被引量:1

摘要 从患造血器官肿大病大菱鲆(Scophthalmus maximus)肾脏中分离到菌株NY79,对该菌株形态特征、生理生化特性和16S r RNA等综合分析,鉴定NY79为迟缓爱德华氏菌。NY79菌株对健康大菱鲆进行人工感染的试验发现,感染发病症状与自然发病症状一致,每条鱼的LD50为2.4×104 cfu,表明迟缓爱德华氏菌为大菱鲆造血器官肿大病的病原。药敏试验发现,NY79对阿莫西林等17种药物敏感,对红霉素等4种药物具耐受性。 The dominant bacterial strain, designated as NY79,was isolated from kidney which was diseased hematopoietic organs swelling of Scophthalmus maximus. The biochemical and physiological characteristics of the isolated strain was studied by conventional method, such as 16SrRNA. The result confirmed that the stain NY79 was EduardsieUa tarda. The challenge tests were carried out by Scophthalmus maximus, with the pure culture of the isolated stain. The symptoms of the artificially infected fish were similar to those infected naturally. The LD50 of per fish was 2.4 ×10^4 cfu, it confirmed that Eduardsiella tarda was the pathogeny of the hematopoietic organs swelling of Scophthalmus maximus. Antibiotic sensitivity test showed that NY79 strain were sensitive to amoxicillin and other 17 kinds of antibiotics, and were resistant to erythromycin and other 4 kinds of antibiotics.
