Achievements and Prospects of Agricultural Science and Technology Achieved in Tianjin in the First Stage of the Twelfth "Five-Year-Plan"

为更好地发挥农业科技对农业经济的支撑作用,笔者对天津农业科技的现状进行调研。研究发现,"十二五"初期,天津农业科技整体水平有了很大变化,如农业科技推广成效明显、农业科技进步贡献率不断提高等。未来天津农业科技应在创新能力、科技培训、服务体系、人才建设等方面有所突破,进而推动天津农业经济更快更好地发展。

In order to better play the supporting role of agricuhural science and technology in the agricultural economy, the paper researched the current situation of agricultural science and technology in Tianjin. The study found that the agricultural science and technology has changed it was overall level in Tianjin in the First Stage of the Twelfth＂Five-Year-Plan＂. For example, rising agricultural science and technology progress contribution rate, popularizing of agricultural science and technology results significantly. Agricultural science and technology should be achieved breakthrough for promoting faster economic development of agriculture in the future in Tianjin, such as innovation ability, science and technology training, service system, talent construction.
