高等教育中的性别偏见与性别歧视是普遍存在的。从女性主义的视角来看,大学是有性别的,并表现出典型的男性特征和男性中心主义。基于女性主义理论的视角分析大学的性别和男性中心主义制度之根源,有助于深入解读大学制度中的性别偏向现象。借助对男性中心的任职制度和学科体制的深入剖析,进一步探索消除大学制度中性别制度对人的发展的不利影响之途径,使大学由男女平等走向无性别化。

It is common that there is sex prejudice and discrimination in the high education. From the view of the feminism,the university has the gender differences in the form of obvious masculinity and male chauvinism. Analyzing and discussing the root of the university sex and male chauvinism from the aspect of feminism theory can be of benefit to deeply interpret the sex prejudice phenomenon of the university system. To dissect the office system and disciplinary structures of male chauvinism,and find out the ways to eliminate the adverse effect of gender system in university system,in order to make a smooth transition from the equality of the man and woman to no gender.
