摘要 浓硝酸处理多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs),并通过化学沉淀法制备多壁碳纳米管/氧化锌(MWCNTs/Zn O)复合材料,研究了复合材料的微波吸收和红外辐射性能。用XRD、SEM、FT-IR、TG对MWCNTs/Zn O复合材料的结构、形貌及热稳定性进行了表征;用矢量网络分析仪和IR-2红外发射率测量仪测试样品的微波吸收和红外发射率。研究结果表明:MWCNTs/Zn O复合材料在2-18 GHz频段内最大反射损耗值为-4.5 d B,8-14μm波段内的最低红外发射率为0.81。 Multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs) were treated using concentrated nitric acid, and the microwave absorp-tion and infrared radiation performance of Multi-walled carbon nanotubes/ Zinc oxide ( MWCNTs/ ZnO) composite materials were studied, which were prepared by chemical precipitation methods. XRD, SEM, FT-IR and TG were used to characterize the struc-ture, morphology and thermal stability of MWCNTs/ ZnO composites. The microwave absorption properties and infrared emissivity of MWCNTs/ ZnO composites were measured by vector network analyzer and IR-2 Infrared emissometer, respectively. The results showed that the largest reflection loss of the MWCNTs/ ZnO composites was - 4. 5 dB in the frequency range of 2-18 GHz and the lowest infrared emissivity was 0. 81 in 8-14 μm wave band.
