摘要
报道了环虫腈合成新工艺。以双氰胺钠和丙二腈为起始原料,经缩合和环合反应制备2-氯-4,6-二氨基嘧啶-5-腈,再与环丙胺进行取代反应得到目标产物环虫腈,3步反应总收率大于64%,产品质量分数99%以上。环虫腈及其中间体的化学结构经核磁共振氢谱、核磁共振碳谱、质谱和红外光谱确认。
An improved synthetic process of dicyclanil was reported in this paper. The target product was prepared by reaction of cyclopropylarnine and 2-chloro-4,6-diamino-5-pyrimidinecarbonitrile which was obtained via condensation and cyclization reactions by using dicyanamide and malonitrile as starting materials. The total yield for three steps of the process was more than 64%, the purity of dicyclanil over 99%. The chemical structures of dicyclanil and its intermediates were confirmed by IH NMR, 13C NMR, MS and IR.
