摘要
建立了采用高效液相色谱测定氯菊酯原药在玉米油中溶解度的方法。使用XDB-C18反相色谱柱和可变紫外波长检测器,以乙腈+甲醇+水(体积比70∶20∶10)为流动相,在流速为1.0m L/min,210 nm波长下进行测定。结果显示:在20℃时,氯菊酯在玉米油中的溶解度为218 g/L。方法的线性相关系数为0.995 9,标准偏差为3.54,变异系数为1.62%,平均回收率为99.83%。
An effective method to determine equilibrium solubility of permethrin in corn oil was established by HPLC, using acetonitrile+methanol+water (volume ratio of 70 : 20 : 10) as mobile phase with the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, on XDB-C18 column at 210 nm. The results showed that the equilibrium solubility of permethrin at 20~C in corn oil was 218 g/L. The linear correlation coefficient of the method was 0.995 9, the standard deviation was 3.54, the variation coefficient was 1.62%, and the average recovery was 99.83%.
