摘要
研究了在RE528热作模具钢中加入不同含量稀土后,对组织、强度、硬度、冲击韧性和塑性的影响。结果表明:稀土的加入改变了硫化物夹杂物的形态,改善了钢中共晶碳化物的偏析程度,细化了晶粒,改善了钢液纯净度,提高了RE528钢的综合力学性能。
The effect of various content of rare earth on microstructure , strength , hardness , impact toughness and plasticity of RE 528 hot work die steel was studied .The result showed that adding rare earth changed the formation of sulfur inclusions , improved the segregation degree of eutectic carbides in the steel, refined the grain, improved the purity of molten steel , and improved the comprehensive me-chanical properties of RE528 steel.
