摘要 在分析了加热炉冷却水管断裂原因的基础上,通过加热炉冷却水管中水质和升降温速度的控制,掏钢方式的改变,基墙和滑轨与水管结构的改进,有效地防止了冷却水管严重变形和断裂事故的发生,提高了生产率,延长了冷却水管的使用寿命,节约了成本,提升了效益。 Based on analysis of the breaking cause of cooling water pipe of heating furnace , through such actions as controlling the quality of water in the cooling water pipe of heating furnace and tempera -ture up& down speed , changing the way of drawing billet , improving the structure of foundation wall , slide rail and water pipe , serious cooling water pipe deformation and breaking accidents are effectively prevented , productivity is improved , the service life of the cooling water pipe is prolonged , the cost is saved and the benefit is increased .
