新钢2500m^3高炉降低燃料比生产实践

摘要 新余钢铁集团10#高炉通过对风速、鼓风动能的计算,在保证高炉稳定顺行的前提下,适当缩小风口面积,对炉顶布料制度做了扩大矿批、调整布料角度等调整,达到了活跃炉缸、提高煤气利用率、降低燃料比的目的,综合焦比由523 kg/t降至504 kg/t。 Through the calculation of blown air speed , blowing kinetic energy in 10#BF in Xinyu Steel Group, under the precondition of ensuring the stable operation of the blast furnace , such measures are taken as reducing the air inlet area , adjusting the BF top raw material distributing regulation ( i.e.ex-panding ore batch , adjusting the raw material distributing angle ) , the purpose of activating furnace hearth, increasing the utilization rate of coal gas , reducing fuel ratio is achieved , and the comprehensive coke ratio is reduced from 523 kg/t to 504 kg/t.
