摘要
该文从高校的劳资管理工作出发,详细分析了当前高校劳资管理的特点、现状以及存在的不足。根据其发展趋势,为提高劳资管理水平,促进高校劳资管理工作的发展和创新,提出相应的建议。
Based on the labor management of colleges and universities, this article analyzes its characteristics, current sit- uation and deficiencies.Then according to its trend of development, the corresponding suggestions on the labor management are put forward to promote the innovations in the development of the labor management of colleges and universities.
