晚期糖基化终末产物的血管损伤效应及机制 被引量:13

摘要 晚期糖基化终末产物(AGE)是蛋白质、脂质等与糖类发生非酶促反应后形成的一种聚合物,在糖尿病所引起的血管损伤过程中发挥重要作用。大量证据表明,AGE的不断增加和累积与糖尿病增加的大血管以及微血管并发症风险相关。关于AGE的损伤机制,目前认为它可以通过结合特异性受体、破坏正常的分子构象、促进交联、改变酶的活性、损害受体识别等来影响血管的正常功能。另外,近年来许多研究表明AGE通过影响动脉粥样硬化过程中多种细胞:内皮细胞、血小板、单核/巨噬细胞以及平滑肌细胞等发挥相应的血管损伤效应。
