高职“产教学融合”校企合作模式创新研究——以电气化铁道技术专业为例

The Innovation Research of School Enterprise Cooperation Mode of "Producing, Teaching and Learning" in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职教育校企合作模式体现了"以促进就业为导向"的办学方针,通过"产教学融合"可以实现校企"双主体"育人,是办好职业教育,培养生产、建设、管理、服务一线人才的重要途径。辽宁轨道交通职业学院电气化铁道技术专业不断探索与企业合作的新模式,积极推进与企业之间的"七个共建":校企共建人才培养方案、课程标准、课堂、师资队伍、实训实习基地、评价考核体系、立体化教材。通过教学实践,取得了较好效果。

The school-enterprise cooperation mode in higher vocational education has reflected school running policy of employment-oriented. Through ＂producing, teaching and learning＂ it realizes double body education, and is the important way to cultivate talents for the first line of production, construction, management, and service. Electric railway technology major of Liaoning Guidao Jiaotong Polytechnic Institute is continuously exploring new mode of cooperation with enterprises, and actively promoting the ＂seven joint construction＂ with the enterprise： school-enterprise personnel training programs, curriculum standards,classroom, teachers, training practice base and evaluating system, and stereoscopic teaching materials. Through the teaching practice, it has achieved good results.
