摘要
随着辽宁省职教集团的发展,品牌化道路逐渐成为其增强自身竞争力的必然趋势。在品牌化建设过程中,职教集团要做好品牌塑造的战略性规划,营造职教集团建设的大环境,建立稳定的融资渠道,避免品牌在集团管理中的缺位,采取有效的品牌化发展策略,坚持职教集团品牌化建设的定力,强化政府在职教集团建设中的行为能力,采取有效的职教集团品牌化管理决策,进一步探索企业和职业院校"双法人"组织、单一行业的紧密型校企互助和产业密集区职教联合体等职教集团品牌运行模式。
The branding road, with the development of vocational education group in Liaoning province, has become the inevitable trend to enhance its competitiveness. In the process of brand construction, vocational education group should make branding strategic planning well, build environment for the construction of vocational education group, establish stable financing channels, avoid brand absence in group management, adopt effective brand development strategies, adhere to the vocational education group brand construction, strengthen the capability of the government in vocational group construction, adopt effective administration strategies, and further explore vocational education group brand operation mode such as double corporation organization of enterprise and vocational colleges, close mutual help mode of single industry and intensive industry area vocational education combination.
