摘要
对于幼儿园新入职教师来说,他们正处于教师专业发展的起步阶段,普遍欠缺保教工作经验和技巧,容易产生许多困惑。这些困惑反映和折射出高职学前教育专业人才培养中存在的诸多问题。在此,分析了新入职教师困惑产生的原因及困惑,并有针对性地提出高职学前教育专业人才培养模式改革思路,以增强学生实践能力,消除毕业后入职困惑。
For new kindergarten teachers, they are in the early stage of teacher's professional development, widely lack work experience and skill of nursing and teaching, and generate a lot of confusion easily. The confusion reflects many problems in talents training of higher vocation preschool education major. Here it analyses the reasons, and puts forward the talent training mode reform thinking to strengthen students' practice ability and eliminate induction confusion after graduation.
