高职公共音乐教育发展现状与对策研究

The Research of Higher Vocational Public Music Education Development Situation and Countermeasures

目前一些高职院校在公共音乐教育上存在着缺乏足够的认识,音乐教育的师资队伍力量相对薄弱,教学方法单一,师生情感缺位等缺陷问题。为此提出了如下建议:端正高职院校办学培养目标,高度重视音乐教育的育人作用;进一步加强音乐教育师资队伍建设;改革音乐教育模式与教学方法,提高教学质量;教学方法上,提出理论教学与实践教学结合;等等。以此改善高职院校在公共音乐教育。

At present, in some higher vocational colleges there some problems in public music education. It lacks adequate understanding about public music education; the teaching strength is relatively weak, teaching method is single, and teachers and students emotion are absent. Therefore it should correct the training goal in higher vocational colleges, attach great importance to cultivation effect of music education; further strengthen music education teachers team construction; reform the music education mode and teaching method, improve the teaching quality. In teaching method, it puts forward some suggestions such as combining theoretical teaching and practical teaching to improve the public music education in higher vocational colleges.
