构建大学文化背景下的高校图书馆文化建设现状调查及推进策略——以浙江师范大学图书馆为例

A Survey of and Strategies for University Library Culture Construction under the Background of University Culture Construction with Zhejiang Normal University Library as an Example

高校图书馆文化建设是校园文化建设的重要组成部分。通过对浙江师范大学师生的问卷调查,了解图书馆文化建设的现状,把握读者对文化建设的需求,针对存在的问题,提出了从文献资源建设、文化空间打造、扩大宣传交流、加强队伍建设等四个方面推进高校图书馆文化建设的策略。

University library culture construction is an important part of university culture construction.A questionnaire with teachers and students of Zhejiang Normal University as participants reveals the status quo of university library culture construction and readers’ demand for culture construction.In view of the existing problems, this paper puts forward some strategies to promote the university library culture construction in terms of the construction of literature resources, creation of appropriate cultural space, expanding promotion and communication and strengthening team construction.
