摘要
通过教育资源科学、合理优化配置以及对中国和平发展大背景下汉语及各民族语言的话语权与教育权等问题的深入研究,从语言教育规划的国家、民族主权战略高度,由最优化课程教育资源配置,论述国民教育体系中语言教育规划的层级体系,指出语言教育规划应合理、优化配置母语、"第二语言"及外语教育资源。
This paper has discussed the optimal allocation of educational resources, utterance and education right of native language under the background of China peaceful development. From national sovereignty strategic height of language education plans and the optimal allocation of educational courses to point out the hierarchy of language education planning in national education system and should be reasonable, optimize the allocation of the mother tongue,＂ second language＂ and foreign language education resources.
