摘要
以醋酸盐做碳源的人工配水为原水,在常温条件下采用连续流式运行的ABR-CSTR反应器培养好氧颗粒污泥。结果表明,通过逐步缩短水力停留时间和提升进水负荷的方法,在114 d内培养出成熟的好氧颗粒污泥,好氧颗粒污泥反应器的运行高效而稳定,在沉淀时间为0.5 h,有机负荷与氨氮容积负荷均为2.4 kg/(m3·d)条件下,对COD和NH4+-N的去除率达90%以上,具有明显的去碳脱氮效果。
The laboratory-scale study was carried out on the cultivation of the aerobic granular sludge m an ABR-CSTR with the synthetic wastewater using the acetate as the carbon source under the ambient temperature. The results show that the mature aerobic granular sludge is obtained after 114 days by shortening the setting time and increasing the loading rate gradually. The reactor operates stably and efficiently, and the removal rates of COD and NH4^+-N can reach 90% under the conditions of setting time of 0.5 h and the organic loading rate of 2.4 kg/(m^3·d), which means that the removal effect of nitrogen and carbon is remarkable.
