摘要
为了研究小间距钢结构楼盖现浇混凝土空心板的作用,通过一榀1/2简化框架模型,对有板和无板两种不同框架的刚度进行竖向加载试验,获得了两种不同结构的竖向变形特征.实验结果和理论分析表明,混凝土空心楼板能明显提高钢梁的等效刚度,减小楼盖变形.在实验结果和理论分析的基础上,提出了考虑现浇混凝土空心楼板作用的小间距钢结构楼盖变形计算方法,该方法可供此类楼盖设计参考.
In order to study the function of the cast-in-situ concrete core slab with small span steel structure floor, two kinds of frames which with and without plate, were conducted vertical load test by a common 1/2 to simplify the model, and we obtained two different structures of the vertical deformation characteristics. Test results and theoretical analysis suggested that concrete hollow floor slab significantly increased the equivalent stiffness of girder, then decreased the deformation of floor. Based on test results and theoretical analysis and considered the function of cast-in-situ concrete core slab, we put forward a computing method of small span steel structure floor deformation which was provided a reference for this kind of floor design.
