基于游客满意度的乡村旅游解说系统优化研究——以三江丹洲景区为例

A research of tourism interpretation system optimization based on tourist satisfaction analysis——Case study of Sanjiang Danzhou Scenic

选择三江丹洲景区为研究地,采用IPA方法,结合SPSS数据分析软件对乡村旅游解说系统的游客满意度进行研究,结果表明,重要性强而表现性弱的解说要素有"景点解说内容"、"景区交通及景点导引"、"解说牌的布局"等。由此构建乡村旅游解说设计模式,并以丹洲为例对乡村旅游解说系统提出优化方案,为农村旅游产业的形象提升提供理论和技术参考。

Taking Sanjiang Danzhou Scenic as a case study area, based on a questionnaire survey and ＂Importance-Performance Analysis＂, this research has analyzed the satisfaction of tourism interpretation system. The commentary elements with strong importance and weak performance were ＂Scenic spots commentary content＂, ＂scenic region traffic and scenic attractions guide＂ and ＂interpretative signs layout＂ and so on. According to this, this research design model of rural tourism interpretation and the appropriate optimization strategies for the building of Sanjiang Danzhou Scenic＇s rural tourism interpretation system, and provided theoretical and technical reference for enhancing the image of the rural tourism industry.
