广西桑椹酒市场开发问题与思考

The problems and considerations on the marketing development of mulberry fruit wine in Guangxi

摘要 桑椹是桑树生产的重要资源,利用桑椹酿制成桑椹酒,是蚕桑资源综合利用的主要方向之一。全国各地对桑椹酒的开发生产如雨后春笋般发展,广西的桑椹酒产业也正向市场化迈进。文章对广西桑椹酒的开发现状和存在问题进行了分析,借鉴国内葡萄酒市场营销的经验进行分析,以及结合桑椹酒生产特点和广西税收政策,对广西桑椹酒的市场化和降低桑椹酒企业的税负提出了一些建议,以期为广西桑椹酒产业的发展提供借鉴。 Mulberry fruit is an important resource of mulberry production and the wine brewed by mulberry fruit is one of the important directions of serieulture resources integrated utilization. The development and production of mulberry fruit wine is rapid in recent years in China, and even in Guangxi, the mulberry fruit wine industry is marching toward problems of mulberry fruit wine in marketization. This paper has analyzed development status and existing Guangxi, borrowed the experiences of the grape wine's marketing domestically, some suggestions in the wine's marketization and reduction of wine enterprises' tax bearing have been put forward integrating with the wine's production characteristics and taxation policy in Guangxi, so as to provide references for mulberry fruit wine industry development in Guangxi.
