摘要 随着矿产资源的大量开发,选矿过程中不断产生尾矿,因其排放量大、利用率低的特点,造成了一系列环境和经济问题,如何提高尾矿利用率已成为世界范围内的课题。提出用铁尾矿代替常规细骨料配制混凝土,变废为宝。将原始铁尾矿进行筛分,按照粒径分布分级代替普通砂作为新细骨料配制混凝土,测试其和易性、抗压强度以及耐久性,并与普通混凝土作对比,实验结果表明,铁尾矿部分或全部代替普通砂作为细骨料配制的混凝土与普通混凝土相比,坍落度降低,抗压强度有所提高,耐久性基本保持不变。为此,铁尾矿完全代替普通砂作为细骨料配制混凝土技术上是可行的,工程性质有所增益,可以在建筑工程中推广使用。 With the high-speed development of mineral resources,tailings of ore dressing process caused a series of environmental and economic problems,because of its great amount of emission and low utilization rate,how to improve the utilization rate of tailings has become a worldwide topic. The paper proposes to use iron tailings instead of conventional fine aggregate mixed concrete. In order to further explore the application of iron tailings concrete,the original iron tailings is screened,and used as new aggregate concrete to replace common sand,testing its workability,compressive strength and durability,and comparing with ordinary concrete. Analysis of the experimental data shows: compared with ordinary concrete,iron tailings replace some or all ordinary sand as fine aggregate concrete preparation,the slump is reduced,compressive strength is increased,and the durability remain unchanged. The results show that: the iron tailings can replace the common sand as fine aggregate concrete,which can be widely used in civil engineering.
