为了解三级医院护患关系,对某市三级医院50名病房护士及50名住院患者进行问卷调查。结果显示,护患之间缺少必要的沟通与交流、患者对护士的护理工作缺乏理解等是造成护患关系紧张的重要原因。因此,三级医院应加强培养护士的职业修养和护患的沟通交流、强化以患者为中心的优质服务意识及健康教育指导,提升护士的法律意识及业务水平,从而建立起新型的良好护患关系。
