摘要
文章利用数字图像处理的算法与技术,提出了一种基于DSP嵌入式的玻璃杂质检测系统的设计方案,利用该方案设计的系统可以对玻璃生产流水线上的杂质玻璃进行智能检测与识别,并能将杂质玻璃分离,从而实现玻璃生产中的玻璃检测的智能化和自动化,有效提高玻璃生产过程中玻璃杂质检测准确度和效率,降低玻璃杂质检测成本。
A DSP - based glass impurity detection system was designed with algorithm and technology of digital image processing. By such a system, impurities of glass in production line can be detected, identified and separated, thereby the accuracy, efficiency and cost of glass impurity detection in glass production will be improved.
