摘要
糖尿病肾病是终末期肾病发生的主要原因,与病人的预期寿命相关。建立理想的模型是研究其发病机制、病理变化的重要线索,同时也为临床防治该疾病提供依据。现就各种类型的糖尿病肾病动物模型进行综述。
Diabetic nephropathy is a major cause of end stage renal disease.It related to the life expectancy of patients.To establish an ideal model is an important clue of studying pathogenesis,pathological changes,but also provide some bases for the prevention and treatment of the diseases.Here is to review the various types of ani-mal models of diabetic nephropathy.
