社区健康教育对可摘义齿戴用老年人义齿护理知识及行为的影响

Influence of community health education on denture care knowledge and behavior of the elderly with removable denture

[目的]探讨社区健康教育对可摘义齿戴用老年人义齿护理知识及行为的影响。[方法]方便抽取北京市方庄社区及和平里社区49例可摘义齿戴用老年人进行知识讲解、图片展示、模型示范义齿清洁方式、发放宣传册、醒目小贴纸提醒和电话随访等多种形式的健康教育,健康教育前后进行问卷调查及牙菌斑指数测试。[结果]健康教育后可摘义齿戴用老年人义齿护理知识得分为(23.49±1.47)分,与干预前(13.08±3.14)分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);义齿护理行为得分从(33.00±5.94)分降至(23.69±5.81)分,牙菌斑指数从(3.49±1.08)分降至(2.59±0.91)分,两者亦有明显改善(P<0.01)。[结论]社区健康教育有助于改善可摘义齿戴用老年人的义齿护理知识、行为及口腔卫生状况。

Objective：To probe into the influence of community health education on denture care knowledge and behavior of the elderly with removable denture.Methods：With convenient sampling,a total of 49 elderly wearing removable denture were educated in a multiple way,such as giving lectures,showing pictures,model exampling, giving brochures and designed pasters,telephone follow up and so on from Fangzhuang Community and Hep-ingli Community,Beijing.Before and after health education,they were surveyed and evaluated with investigated questionnaire and the plaque index.Results：There was statistical significant difference in terms of scores of re-movable denture care knowledge.After intervention,the scores were from 13.08±3.14 to 23.49±1.47 （P〈0.01）. There were statistical significant differences in terms of that the behaviors scores of denture care were from 33.00± 5.94 to 23.69±5.81,the plaque index was from 3.49±1.08 to 2.59±0.91（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The commu-nity health education can effectively improve the knowledge and behaviors of removable denture care,oral hy-giene status as well as in elderly wearing removable denture.
