摘要 大学教师的教学能力与学术能力的融合为教学学术能力。教学学术能力具有教学属性与学术属性,学术属性是其本质,教学属性是其个性。教学学术能力可划分为知识维度、交流维度、反思维度和观念维度,每一维度都有其特殊内涵。以四维度划分为基础的教学学术能力评价,必须解决谁来评、何时评、评什么、怎样评和如何用等方面的问题,使大学教师教学学术能力得到科学的评价。 Scholarship of teaching with both instructional and academic natures encourages the integration of teaching and academic capacity.Scholarship of teaching contains four dimensions:knowledge,communication,reflection,and conception.Each dimension has its special connotation.It should be evaluated scientifically based on the four dimensions by considering who,when,what and how to evaluate.
