民国时期中医文献特点探究

Research of Chinese medical literature features in the Republic of China era

文章从载体形式进步与内容新异两大方面阐述其特点,认为其载体形式进步体现于印刷技术改进推动医书印数倍增,期刊报纸出现促进医学信息交流,编纂体例创新带来医学知识普及。内容新异体现于阐释经典源古出新,吸纳新知古今兼容,中西对撞直面交锋。民国中医文献从形式到内容俱与之前迥然不同,特点鲜明,希望撷取其具有现实意义的提示,为当今发展提供借鉴。

Chinese medical literature features in the republic of China era were analyzed from two aspects in this paper, which were the progressive carrier form and the new and different content. Specifically, for one thing, they were shown in the improvement of printing technology promoting the multiplicative number of medical books, the generation of newspapers and periodicals improving the of medical information and the innovation compiling style leading to the popularization of medical knowledge. For another, the new and different content was shown in the new explanation of classics associated with the traditional viewpoint, new knowledge acquired from the classics of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine theory and breakthrough point found from the conflicts between Chinese and western medicine. Therefore, Chinese medical literatures in the Republic of China era were different from other dynasties, displaying distinctive features. It was hoped that the summarized realistic point could be benefit to the development of modem medicine.
