甘草古今应用规律探究之一

Study on application law of liquorice root in ancient and modern( I )

目的:探究甘草从汉代到现代的应用规律。方法:采取文献查阅、整合分析等方法,探析甘草在剂型、炮制、用量、配伍和病证等方面的应用规律。结果:汤剂是甘草最为常用的剂型,其次为煮散剂、内服散剂和丸剂。生甘草在各个朝代的使用频率呈上升的趋势,而炙甘草呈下降的趋势。古今甘草使用的用量跨度极大,在0.3-90g之间不等,且各个时期甘草的用量有着较大的不同。历代与甘草配伍最多的药物分别是白芍、人参、茯苓、桂枝和麻黄,且平均用量均大于甘草。甘草在肺系病证与脾系病证中多用,其次为肝系病证,在肾系病证与心系病证中少用。结论:从古至今,甘草在剂型、炮制、剂量、配伍以及病证等方面的应用有着各自的特点与规律。

To explore the application law of liquorice root from the Han dynasty to modern times. Methods： The preparation, processing, dosage, synergy and syndrome of diseases of liquorice root were analyzed by using literature consulting, data sorting and confluence analyzing. Decoction was the most commonly used preparation of liquorice root, and followed by cooked powder, powder for oral taking, and pills. The usage frequency of liquorice root in various dynasties showed an increasing trend, while the usage frequency of honey-fried liquoriceroot showed a decreasing trend. The dosage span of liquorice root was large in ancient and modem, which ranged between 0.3 and 90g, and the dosage of liquorice root in each period was very different. The common synergy drugs of liquorice root were debark peony root, ginseng, indian bread, cassia twig and ephedra, and the average dosage of these drugs was larger than liquorice root. Liquorice root was commonly used in diseases of lung and spleen system, followed by diseases of liver system, and rarely used in diseases of heart and kidney system. Liquorice root has its own characteristics and rules in preparation, processing, dosage, synergy and syndrome of diseases in all ages.
