压力致病机制探索

Exploraton of pathogenic mechanism caused by pressure

中医学对于缓解压力有许多真知卓见,现代中医学缺乏压力致病的系统阐述,为发古之深意,补今之未备,借现代压力管理心理学之力进行压力致病中医学机制之探索。文章提出压力的致病与否同正气强弱有关。压力致病的中医机制在于,首先破坏人体自身的完整性及人与自然、社会环境的统一性,然后通过影响气的升降出入,导致脏腑功能失调而发病。因此,对抗压力致病的防治关键在于从整体观念、调畅气机、调理脏腑功能三方面着手,改善人体的抗压能力。

There were a lot of excellent opinions and knowledge of pressure remission in traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）, while systematic description of pathogenic mechanism caused by pressure was lacked in modem Chinese medicine. To explore the ancient meaning of pressure and supplement the insufficient in nowadays, the power of modem psychology of stress management was used to explore the pathogenic mechanism of stress in Chinese medicine. This paper presented that whether disease caused by was related with the strength of vital qi. TCM pathogenic mechanism of pressure was that it destroyed the integrality of human body and the unity of human, natural and social environment, and then caused dysfunction of zang-fu viscera and disease by affecting the normal movement of qi. Therefore, the key to prevent the body from pressure was to improve the anti- pressure ability of human body from holism, regulating qi activity and regulating zang-fu viscera.
