血府逐瘀汤为主治疗低热及其探讨

Investigation on treating low-grade fever with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction

低热为内科的常见病、多发病,引起低热的原因十分广泛。笔者临床以血府逐瘀汤治疗低热,收效颇佳。文章以临床个案分析形式结合文献研究,对血府逐瘀汤治疗低热的类型及其现代医学机制进行探讨,指出血府逐瘀汤治疗瘀血低热的辨证要点及诊断方法,并通过验案试图对"方证对应"与"辨病治疗"等中医理论进行思考和探索,以期为中医临床低热的诊治、血府逐瘀汤的应用以及病证思维模式的探索指明方向。

Low-grade fever is a common and frequently-occurring disease in internal medicine with complicated etiopathogenesis. Clinical practice indicates that Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction is effective in treatment of low grade-fever. Combined with case analysis and literature studies, this paper not only summarizes all types of Iow grade-fever and it＇s mechanism treated by Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction, but also points out the main point of syndrome differentiation and diagnostic method of using Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction to treat the low grade-fever caused by blood stasis. Furthermore, it also attempts to discuss the traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） theories as ＇corresponding prescription and syndrome＇ and ＇diseases differentiation treatments＇ based on clinical proven cases in order to indicate directions for the diagnosis and treatment of low grade-fever, the application of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction and the thinking pattern of disease combined with syndrome in TCM clinical.
