摘要
总结国医大师何任教授的养生经验及其实践。结合何任教授的生活实践,认为养生之道包括5个方面,即养生养心,养心重在诚;整洁环境,居家卫生;顺时养生,不逆时令;饮食有度,起居有常;虚人药补,益寿延年。养生的理念和做法融入生活,融入工作才是真正的养生之道。
State medical masters professor HE Ren's health thought and practice are summarized in this atrticle. By combining professor HE Ren living practices, we conclude that the regimen includes five aspects: health thought focusing on mental health, treating others in good faith; clean environment, clean family; adapting to changes in nature, doing not violate the laws of nature; moderate diet, and rest rules; weak people for drug supplement, prolonging life. Blending philosophy and practice regimen into life and the work are the principle to get real health.
