摘要
查阅古籍并整理近年来艾灸防病保健及"长寿基因"SIRT1调控相关的文献,发现艾灸可温通经络宣通气血,防病保健,延年益寿。通过上调PPAR-α蛋白,调控p53的去乙酰化并调控叉头转录因子(FOXO)、核因子-κB(NF-κB)、转录共激活因子-1α(PGC-1α)等多条通路实现对脂质代谢、氧化应激等调控,进而发挥其防病保健作用。"长寿基因"SIRT1作为老化和老化相关疾病的治疗靶点。SIRT1的激活能通过上调PPAR-α进行脂质代谢的调节,通过抑制p53介导的细胞凋亡提高细胞存活,最终产生卡路里限制(CR)样调控,导致寿命延长。基于以上提出:艾灸通过激活"长寿基因"SIRT1进而产生防病保健延年益寿的功效。文章主要从"长寿基因"SIRT1的调控角度,综述艾灸防病保健作用的可能机制。
This research found that moxibustion could disperse qi and blood by warming channel and removing obstruction in collaterals, prevent disease and preserve health in order to achieve the objective of prolonging life by reviewing and sorting literatures about preventing disease and preserving health with moxibustion and literatures about regulation on 'longevity gene' SIRT1. Moxibustion could also regulate the lipid metabolism and oxidative stress in order to play a role on preventing disease and preserving health by up-regulating the expression of PPAR-a protein and controlling multiple pathways as FOXO, NF- r,B and PGC-lct through regulating the deacetylation of p53. The 'longevity gene' SIRT1 could be considered as the therapeutic target of aging and aging related disease. Activation of sIFrl could regulate lipid metabolism through up-regulation on PPAR- ct and improve the cell viability through inhibiting apoptosis mediated by p53, and the ultimate purpose of SIPT1 activation was to produce CR like regulation effect in order to prolong life-span. Based on the above, moxibustion could prevent disease, preserve health and prolong life. This paper summarized the possible mechanism of preventing disease and preserving health with moxibustion from the aspect of regulation on 'longevity gene' SIRT1.
