不同针刺方法治疗肝经湿热型带状疱疹的疗效观察

Clinical observation on curative effect of different acupuncture therapy on herpes zoster

目的:比较第2掌骨侧全息针法与常规针法治疗肝经湿热型带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法:将54例肝经湿热型带状疱疹患者随机分为全息针法组(26例)与常规针法组(28例),两组患者在口服泛昔洛韦的基础上,分别配合第2掌骨侧全息针法与常规针法进行治疗,比较两种针法治疗肝经湿热型带状疱疹的临床疗效。结果:在改善患者临床症状积分及临床疗效方面,全息针法与常规针法无明显差异;在改善患者疼痛强度评分、疼痛开始缓解时间、疼痛持续时间等方面,全息针法优于常规针法(P<0.05)。结论:全息针法与常规针法治疗肝经湿热型带状疱疹均具有较好的临床疗效,但在改善患者疼痛症状方面,全息针法优于常规针法。

Objective： To compare the clinical effect of holographic acupuncture therapy on second metacarpal lateral and conventional acupuncture therapy on herpes zoster patients with dampness-heat of liver channel syndrome. Methods： 54 herpes zoster patients with dampness-heat of fiver channel syndrome were randomly divided into holographic acupuncture therapy group （26 cases） and conventional acupuncture therapy group （28 cases）. Patients in the two groups received holographic acupuncture therapy on second metacarpal lateral and conventional acupuncture therapy respectively based on the treatment of famciclovir, and compared the curative effect of Ueating herpes zoster patients with dampness-heat of liver channel syndrome with the two therapies. Results： There was no significant difference between holographic acupuncture therapy group and conventional acupuncture therapy group in clinical efficacy and symptom scores improvement of patients. There were significant differences between the two groups in pain numeric rating scale, remission time of pain and duration time of pain （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The curative effect of holographic acupuncture therapy and conventional acupuncture therapy in treatment of herpes zoster patients with dampness-heat of fiver channel syndrome was significant, and the curative effect of holographic acupuncture therapy was superior to conventional acupuncture therapy in improvement of patients＇ pain.
