补中益气汤加味对慢性非细菌性前列腺炎大鼠的治疗作用

Therapeutic effect of modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on rats with chronic nonbacterial prostatitis

目的:探讨补中益气汤加积雪草对慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的治疗作用及机制。方法:去势手术加背部皮下注射苯甲酸雌二醇复制慢性非细菌性前列腺炎模型,以消炎痛为阳性对照,观察补中益气汤加积雪草对模型大鼠整体状况和解剖特征、前列腺液中卵磷脂小体密度、前列腺脏器指数及前列腺组织形态的影响。结果:补中益气汤加积雪草组大鼠毛发基本正常,体质量较模型组明显增加,卵磷脂小体密度增加;补中益气汤加积雪草能有效提高前列腺指数(P<0.01);明显减轻模型大鼠前列腺组织内炎细胞浸润,抑制纤维结缔组织增生。结论:补中益气汤加积雪草可能有减轻前列腺组织的炎性反应、减少纤维化程度、调节前列腺局部免疫功能的作用。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effects of Buzhong Yiqi plus CenteUaasiatica Decoction （BZYQCD） on rats with chronic abacterial prostatitis （CAP）. Methods： CAP rat models were established by castration operating and subcutaneously injecting with estradiol benzoate in back, and rats in positive groups received injection with indometacin, to observe the influence of BZYQCD on general conditions, anatomical characteristics, density of lecithin corpuscle in prostatic fluid, prostate gland index, and prostate histomorphology of rat models. Results： Compared with model group, the hair of rats in BZYQCD group was essentially normal, and the body mass and density of lecithin corpuscle of rats in BZYQCD group were also increased significantly. It showed that BZYQCD could improve the density of lecithin corpuscle in prostatic fluid and prostate index of rat models （P〈0.01）, and it also could significantly relieve the infiltration of inflammatory cells, and inhibit connective tissue proliferation within the prostate tissue of rat models. Conclusion： BZYQCD may have good effects on relieving prostate tissue inflammation, reducing fibrosis, and regulating localized immune function of prostate.
