摘要
目的:探讨名医徐志瑛治疗慢性阻塞性肺病的用药经验。方法:收集徐志瑛教授治疗慢性阻塞性肺病处方,在建立数据库的基础上,采用关联规则Apriori算法、复杂系统熵聚类等无监督数据挖掘方法,确定处方中各种药物的使用频次及药物之间的关联规则。结果:对筛选出的82首处方进行分析,确定处方中药物的使用频次,药物之间的关联规则,挖掘出22个核心组合和12首新处方。结论:徐志瑛教授治疗慢性阻塞性肺病经验丰富,多用清肺豁痰、益气养阴、活血化瘀、和健脾之品。
Objective: To analyze the medication rule of professor XU Zhi-ying in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods: The prescriptions of professor XU Zhi-ying prescribed in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were collected to establish a database. The frequency of drugs use and the association rule among drugs in the prescriptions were explored by data mining methods, such as apriori algorithm, entropy clustering complex systems and so on. Results: Based on the analysis of 82 prescriptions, the frequency of each herb and association rules among the herbs were computed. 22 core combinations and 12 new prescriptions were mined from the database. Conclusion: Professor XU Zhi-ying is good at clearing lung phlegm, reinforcing qi and nourishing yin, promoting circulation and removing stasis and tonifying spleen to treat chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
