摘要
对于深层肌群的训练,人们不再仅仅局限于健身与康复这两方面,其在现代训练中也占据着独特的地位,以及有着提高运动成绩,减少运动损伤等作用。人们逐渐意识到训练深层肌群的重要性和多样性,并对此不断地进行研究与探索。该文通过查阅相关文献资料,从核心肌群功能和解剖学角度上定位深层肌群,并总结现代核心力量训练中深层肌群训练的问题。在此基础上提出发展深层肌群在现代力量训练中的作用体现,以此为现代运动训练提供理论参考。
For deep muscle training,people are no longer limited to both fitness and rehabilitation,it also occupies a unique position in modern training,and improve performance,reduce sports injuries,and so on.People gradually realize the importance of training the deep muscles and diversity,and for research and exploration of this constantly. Through access to relevant literature,the deep muscles from the core muscle function and anatomy,and summarizes the problems of modern core strength training in the deep muscle training. Based on this,advances the development of deep muscle group in the role of modern strength training, in order to provide theoretical reference for modern sports training.
