摘要
少儿体操既是一种力量的训练,也是一种动作节奏和呼吸节奏相结合训练。无论是少儿体操训练还是成人体操训练都非常重视呼吸节奏和呼吸方法的训练,同时,呼吸节奏与体操动作的完美配合是运动员长期艰苦训练和内心的领悟、理解、长期实践所获得结果。呼吸方式和呼吸方法在体操训练中具有重要的作用,但是由于少儿的生理和心理特点,呼吸训练结合少儿的具体情况,采用科学的训练方法。该文结合少儿体操中呼吸训练的重要意义,探究呼吸训练的方法以及在少儿体操中的运用。
Gymnastics of children is not only a kind of strength training,is also a kind of combined action rhythm and respiratory rhythm training.Ways of breathing and breathing methods in gymnastics training plays an important role,but due to physiological and psychological characteristics of children,breathing training under the condition of children must take scientific training methods.Based on the importance of breathing in gymnastics training of children,to explore the method of breathing exercises and how to use in the gymnastics of children.
